Went to the ER for testicular lump on right testicle (more so in the epididymis) on Friday last week. My labs came back and blood was good no syphilis or anything. My urine labs came back and they told me I don’t have any STD/STI that they can find.

They did an extensive ultrasound probably 20 minutes worth on each testicle, I met with the doctor after who said he only saw micro calcification but he was not concerned as it could be from sports.

They gave me a shot in the butt cheek, prescribed me doxycycline (twice a day for 10 days) and said to follow up in 6 months to check the micro calcification to ensure it hasn’t gotten worse.

I also took 2 pregnancy tests which came back negative.
