I have paid and purchased a Tshirt from Tesla merchandise website on July 2020. It was not delivered on time and being in the military, I had to leave on early August for 3 months. I do have roommates at home though who keep my mail in my room when I am gone.

I thought it would be delivered by the time I come home. I was wrong. So I called the customer service and I was told that it was delivered. Delivered back to the origin of shipping.

The lady on the phone said it will be reshipped and I went on a new mission. And I left, thinking that it will be delivered. I got back a while ago and again, nothing.

Now, I call the customer service however they do not pick up my call. Maybe time difference? Idk. I have sent 3 emails. No reply. I have sent messages on FB and IG, no reply.

What else can be done in this situation?
