We had a NEMA outlet. Our garage, Tesla Model 3 and Model X are now burnt to a crisp as of last week. We suspect it was the outlet because model 3 was charging at the time (professionally installed by a licensed electrician) I though man, we should have gone with the HPWC but this leaves me feeling out of luck for in the future 😭 RIP https://imgur.com/a/3JoXkbV/

True, we’ve had this charger for a bit over 2 years now without issues now suddenly it’s all gone without warning.

Yes, indeed it was a detached garage. No one was hurt fortunately besides material possessions which can be replaced. Thank you!
