As a certified automotive mechanic, what does Tesla look for fielding new hires?

Post Body

I've recently become certified and red seal in Canada as an Automotive service technician. I've been an admirer of Tesla for years and after driving one I feel this is the direction I want to take my career. Morally the shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy is where I want to be heading and aside from simply applying online (during our current times) I'm not sure what else I can be doing in order to field interest when my resume hits the desk.

Anyone working in Service here? What is an average day like? Quality of life? What do you end up repairing and servicing most? What should be expected benefits? Pay? Advancement? Training? (This is an important one for me)

Any information is good information!
