Feature request: wheel alignment and balancing indicator

Hey, Tesla fam! Curious about two things:
Does Tesla have an official, publicly facing feature request system? If so, where does that live?
Technically, can a Tesla automatically detect wheel misalignment and balancing, and notify when it needs attention? I was thinking that, while in self-drive, any misalignment and/or balancing issues would be compensated for as the vehicle drives itself. Couldn't it then notify the driver that service is required?
Just a thought.
