Hi all. Big fan of the Terrifer movies, but apparently not a big enough fan to have this answer if it’s out there already. In the opening scene with Jen, Mark, Timmy, and Juliet (specifically after the older three family members are murdered, leaving only Juliet) we see Art wearing a beard that looks like it’s been ripped off of someone’s face. Later in the film, we see Art rip off someone’s beard for the sake of wearing it just like he did in the opening scene. T1 was not in complete chronological order, showing Vicky (post-Art) on a talk show where she then murders the host in her dressing room at the very beginning of the movie. In T2 we find Vicky attacked this host on the Halloween Sienna came face to face with Art for the first time. Given that this move franchise already has filmed out of order once, even if slightly, my question is: Does the opening scene of T3 take place after Art escapes from Sienna at the end of the film? Or is it truly an opening scene? (Having only watched the third one once in theaters, I apologize if I’m missing crucial dates that prove this idea to be false; just genuinely curious and excited to see where the franchise goes from here)
