Not thriving hypoestes

Was gifted a terarium with a hypoestes plant, a aglaonema plant and a begonia plant in. Two of the three are doing just fine but the hypoestes plant leaves keep getting wet and dying. Any advice on how to stop this and help it thrive? I did trim and carefully remove 6 or 7 soggy look leaves but I'm not sure more aren't heading the same way?
