Casually walked into a local liquor store and saw this
Post Body

An entire wall of some of the best tequilas around and priced very fair. Had a quick chat with the owner, they apparently get a lot of rarer stuff too but it sells out almost immediately. Feel like I'm going to end up regretting sharing this but if it helps a small local business then I guess I can't be selfish and keep it to myself.

Grabbed the last bottle of 1146, which was that empty space next to the 1414. Definitely the most unique tequila I've ever had. Nose smelled like rotten banana and citrus peel in a good way. Oak, cinammon, vanilla on the pallete. Almost like a good bourbon. Not sure if I could have IDed it as a tequila in a blind tasting.
