Looking for best options for my dad to watch Tennis - free or paid subscription (USA)

My dad loves to watch tennis but doesn’t have cable. He has a Smart TV, gets a couple of free channels, and watches few games but not all of them. He is also not tech savvy, so looking for free streams is not his forte. I stay an hour away, so I am not able to go to his place and set it up everytime even if I knew.
I would like to know if there is a subscription/free streaming service that would let him enjoy tennis. What do you guys use to watch and what would you recommend for someone like him?
