Post Body
Ive played tennis my whole life (in whatever cross trainers or running shoes I happen to own) with no issue. I decided to buy real tennis shoes and I felt pain the first night I wore them.
Is this common? Should I buy insoles for extra cushioning? Should I take the $$ loss and go back to regular sneakers? (My ankles were getting sore in running shoes, hence the switch)
