Post Body
I'm a new tennis player and I LOVE it. I play every chance I get, usually about 4 days a week for 2 or so hours each time, both matches and/or hitting practice. I just can't get enough. I was about 50 lbs. lighter 8 years ago in my early 30s, so I know I need to drop a few pounds. Sometimes my knees or ankles get a little stiff, but I can generally run and move on the court as I please. I know some people in their 70s that can run just as fast as I can. I'm just wondering...At what age does one experience a decline in their physical agility? Also, what are some things I can do to play at a high level as long as I can?
