Getting better customer service
Post Body

We have a business account and our rep can't help with anything. We get mixed information and pricing on everything and delays when ordering products.

Is there a way to get a different rep? My coworkers don't think it's worth even trying because Telus won't care. I'm of the mind that it's likely someone's job to care and we should have some recourse.

To be clear, we aren't looking for extra deals or anything like that. We just want consistent information so that we actually know what our options are.

At this point we are going to switch to a Telus reseller for our customer service in the hopes of solving this issue as it seems that they'll have a stronger incentive to help us.

Is this our best option? Is it worth asking for a new Telus side account manager?

Edit: As a clarification we are having trouble with a Telus rep and are going to try out Maximum Mobility who is a third-party Telus dealer.
