Is this Telus message a scam?

Context: I received this message on my phone. The thing is, I don’t recall purchasing a device at all (haven’t for many years). When I called and spoke with the Telus business line person, they also said they couldn’t find a record of this. It’s just weird because this SMS came to me at 2pm on Nov 29th, then exactly a week later at 2:01pm a duplicate. There’s no link to a scam site, so I’m not sure how to find more details of this purchase. Could be my wife, of course, but I want to get more details about this from Telus directly. Given that the business support line couldn’t see, what option do I have to get more info? Visit an in person branch?
