So i got a call from Telus Mobility and they offered me a promotion in which the person offering it stated they would cover any fines associated with leaving my old provider as I was in a contract. A month since the transfer has passed and I got a bill from my old provider and when I brought it up with Telus they said they dont couldnt do anything with it. I have a call scheduled with the original person who offered the promotion but its just down to their word against mine. Im also sure i didnt mishear anything as there were 3 others present with me during the call who heard the same thing. This is pretty annoying and I feel like I have been lied to.
Is there anything I can do to have this issue resolved in my favor?
