So, I upgraded my phone during their Boxing Day promos when the iPhone 13 was $10 and the iPhone 14 was $15 on their website (my number is in Quebec, I’m not sure if that makes a difference for their phone costs or not) did anyone else upgrade to the 14 during this promo or take a screenshot of it?

I just got my phone bill and I am being charged $35 a month for a phone that was supposed to be $15 a month - I managed to get their $70 50GB plan during the promo as well and their only solution to make the cost line up was to change my plan and give me a $50 30GB plan instead 🤦🏾‍♀️ they said they had nothing in their system saying there was a promo for the $15 iPhone 14 and I hadn’t thought to screenshot it, but I never would have upgraded to the 14 for $35 when I could have gotten the 13 for $10 - really just looking to see if anyone managed to get the deal, or some kind of record of the deal because they’re making it seem like I made it up.
