What show did you initially resist watching for a ridiculous reason but now really enjoy?
Post Body

For me it was Parks and Rec. I had spent years seeing Ron Swanson memes and not finding them funny, and I figured that if that's what the show is like then I'm going to hate it. Then I actually watched the show and I love it! I'm still not a huge fan of the more memetic Ron Swanson moments (a lot of the breaking-the-fourth-wall moments) but I really like him as part of the show's ensemble cast. And the show itself is just so fluffy I'm gonna die! I'm really glad I started watching despite my initial misgivings.
Do you guys have any shows where you had to overcome initial misgivings in order to enjoy it?
