Post Body

Hey everyone!

After a few years of owning a bulky Celestron reflector for observation, and a wide angle lens on my Canon DLSR for wide-field astrophotography, Iā€™m ready to take the next step and get an apochromatic refractor. Iā€™m considering getting the SpaceCat 51, and although I will mostly be using it for imaging with my DSLR, I also want to use it for observation. I travel quite a bit so I need a small, light, versatile telescope I can carry with me for both imaging and observation.

Would I be able to do observe with the SpaceCat 51 if I add a diagonal and an eyepiece? What sort of results should I expect?
