I thought this may be of value to some, especially the ones under the care of Dr. Juliette Astor. If you don't want to read, long story short, STAY CLEAR OF EZCARE/MEDVIDI. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HANGING!

I was seeing Dr. James Reihman before, and once he was "discharged" (Ezcare/Medvidi's words), I was switched to Dr. Astor.

My SO and I were on the telehealth appointment together on 11/7, and overall, everything was going well. She told me she would keep me on the same medicine regimen but added trazodone. That was a lie - kind of...?

I had requested to change generics (Sun Pharma/Par Pharma) because I did not respond well to those ODT's, and she said to do name-brand Klonopin ODT, and I was okay with that (I need ODT for swallowing purposes - we also discussed Teva ODT in our appointment).

Once I discovered that those name-brand ODTs were discontinued, my pharmacy filled the Sun Pharma... I called Ezcare/Medvidi and told them my problem and asked them to change it to Teva, and they said they would work on it and expedite it... That never happened. Never does.

Nothing happened until the evening of 11/9...

I learned on 11/9 that Dr. Astor discharged me, so that means I am unable to use Medvidi anymore to see a new doctor.

They also said she said I was on too high of a Benzo dose and I should see someone in person instead... I am shocked by how I've been treated this time around... I cannot use Medvidi anymore... All of my local doctors don't prescribe Benzos and don't understand how bad my issues are.

I fought all day on 11/9 to fill my script because of all these issues. The prescriptions were being filled; two were filled, and the other two were in process/order, but I had my medicine for the day/night of 11/8, so I had not picked up the ready ones yet. I did not want to make two trips to the pharmacy, so I waited for the others to be filled.

I later got notified that my prescriptions had been canceled... Dr. Astor said she would keep me on the same medicine regimen - and discharged me without notice during our appointment... This happened during the day of 11/9, and I was on the phone with Medvidi all day long...

Like I said, I got my prescription - I did not get Teva... - but it took a lot of work and hours and hours on the phone. Please do not use this company; they waste your time and are a scam now. Discharged because of what... I did absolutely nothing wrong or warranted a discharge that bans me from Medvidi.

I have requested my medical records and documents, and Ezcare/Medvidi is giving me a hard time about my signature on my driver's license... My signature is a legit scribble... Send me my damn medical records... Like, what the hell.

Does anyone know of other telehealth options similar to the old Ezcare/Medvidi?

Still no medical records… Ezcare/Medvidi is giving me a hard time on my drivers license signature… it’s a legit scribble and they are claiming it’s not the same…

I would like to mention it’s a federal ID……
