Very nice owners here. They even gave me a lift to the bus stop as I was going to head to Rayong/Koh Samet afterwards. Room rates about 700 baht if I recall. Owner has placed wifi routers every 2 floors, so you will almost surely get a good strong signal. Even better, the upper floors use a different ISP connection than the lower floors, so this hotel could be it's own backup location! The hotel is quite a fair distance down jomtien from pattaya if that matters to you.. obviously the songtaew ride will still only cost ya 10 baht, but.. some ppl might complain about the distance. Not a bad place to work though if you just want to focus on work and go to the beach daily. Bonus: Jomtien beach this far down even has a greener/cleaner tint to the water than towards pattaya. hahha

One thing to clarify.. when I state this hotel can be it's own backup location.. you may have to change your room or get a room that straddles the signal between routers on different floors. Still, I consider this a decent fallback and often better than using 3BB or True.

Pros:

• 2 ISP internet connections! So if 1 goes down, change rooms to another wifi router that uses a different ISP
• Pretty cheap room rates, I think under 700 baht.
• Only 10 baht songtaew ride to hotel
• 24 hour checkin! Owner sleeps right next to the front door all night long. Just walk inside and be polite about waking him up.

Cons:

• Pretty far down Jomtien from Pattaya (Soi 12 Jomtien, see details below)

Hotel homepage not working.. here's some more notes on how to find it: Take songtaew down jomtien all the way to right before soi 12. Keep an eye out for the hotel named Sarita which will have a big sign on the corner of the street. Walk up past the Sarita hotel all the way to the very end.. hhehe a tiny bit far. You will see a swiss flag. Also near this hotel is Jomtien Hostel. I stayed here but I honestly cant recall if there was good internet or not. Rooms were decent enough.
