Hello. I am a 23 y.o. gay man from Russia and I want to come to Israel in August for 2 weeks (ideally), even though I'll be staying in Haifa, I do want to go and spend some time in Tel Aviv. Maybe it's too early to ask, but I just can't wait for this trip to happen.

It will be my third trip to Israel (never traveled anywhere else) and so I was in the dead sea, Jerusalem and one city near Jerusalem.

So I wanted to ask if someone can help me with choosing the place to come and spend some time in, I looked at Google maps and found out that the place that is called "Shpagat" is an LGBT bar/club and it's very highly rated, anyone been there? And could someone please recommend some places for a gay guy. And I guess it's a shame to say, but I never really had any experience with gay men in my life (in real life), sexually wise as well and so I'm not looking for hookups or anything like that. Just a place to spend time in, to meet new people, have conversations and other stuff.

And the other thing, I do like the thing that is called "hookah" I don't know if it's the right word, I like to smoke it sometimes (not very often to be honest), can anyone please recommend some hookah bar in Tel Aviv or Haifa? I would really appreciate it.
