Hi there,
Like many of you, on the 7th of October I saw the horrors Hamas inflicted on Israel, unlike the many of you, I had the privilege of staying safe in my own home not thinking about rocket strikes and terrorist invading my house.
But whatâs more shocking to me is what followed, the mass of demonstrations condemning Israel for simplyâŠexisting? I live in London, U.K. and am shocked by many of the British left who simply donât believe that Jewish people deserve a state to live, who wilfully ignores or even distorts actual history in order to portray the Palestinians as some sort of victim. (Or even more ridiculous, as some of ancient people with an ancient history which is completely false upon research) perhaps Iâm more sympathetic to the Jewish cause Iâve travelled the Middle East extensively and have first hand witnessed the intense anti-semitism, or perhaps Iâm privy to that particular part of history and know how the Arab world had a hand in the making of the prosecution of Jewish people.
Now, many misguided far leftists in the U.K. are boycotting Israel, which means refusing to buy Israeli products and so on. I want to do the opposite, I want to come & travel around Israel after the warâs ended, I wanna come and meet the lovely people and see the beautiful landscape and deep histories it has to offer, so I wanna ask you guys to give me suggestions & plans & leads for this upcoming âpilgrimageâ of mine if you will. Iâm in my late 20s and works as filmmaker, Iâd love to go to places where I can take amazing photos as well as going on crazy nightouts and meet like minded people.
And lastly, Am Ysrael Chai, now and alwaysđđ».
Come over, itâs gonna be a lot of fun, Israelis are anxious to go back to the party life
