Anyone know the context of this story? It happened in northern Gaza but why is their refugee camps in northern Gaza? Seems fishy to me. Is this another Hamas propaganda just like the hospital bombing?
To keep that neighborhood under “refuge camp” by name, serves the Hamas/Palestinian propaganda (they also have many in the West Bank). They keep a few blocks looking like shit while the surrounding is newer buildings.
Just like when you go to any Arab country, there’s always the small neighborhood of the Shuk. Some keep it for heritage (e.g. Dubai, Marekesh) and the Palestinians keep it for propaganda

Some reasons:
Journalists are lazy and don't really do heavy lifting of work, just want to feed the beast very quick.
Siding with the "weaker" side is easy and good for business.
Opposing Arab/Islam sentiments is bad for business, not "woke", also can be life threatening to the reporters and the papers/stations themselves (many past examples)
Real anti-Israel/anti-Jew bias
