After negotiations with my employer, I have decided to abruptly leave my branch of the above Xi'an-based Training Centre as at yesterday. There were a few reasons for me to do this:a) They left out information, or failed to disclose information which left me in a financial predicamentb) They have not followed their own contract terms correctly, yet expect me to follow it to a teec) They ignored advice from my own government asking all citizens to return home immediately due to virus-related airline/border restrictionsd) I resigned giving the legal 30 days notice, yet they wanted 90 days notice. Hence they think their own contract beats actual Chinese Lawe) I have challenged a few points in their contract which I believe (and was told by lawyers) to be illegal and ask for proof of these conditions in Chinese Law, but was never provided (again, if these employment conditions & consequences are legal, you should be able to show me the exact law)f) Harassment, Coercion, Bullying & Blackmail tactics by management. Including posing as a PSB officer to locate my whereaboutsg) Due to me suddenly leaving China within the 30-day notice period (and after telling my employer that I was going to do it, due to deteriorating mental health & government advice for citizens), my employer did not pay me any salary for the 6 weeks I had worked up to this point
Mine is quite a saga, and there are many factors which haven't been explained properly - so please ask for clarification on any of the above points should you wish. Thanks.
