Hello, I am a designer/student and I really love teepublic. But I have a question, I was falsely reported for copyright as I came up with a design but it was made by another designer. They contacted me and threatened to take my account down. I apologized informing them I was not aware someone made this design. I deleted it, they still reported me and I've been contacting support for over a year and have not received a response.
Everytime I bring up this topic in a group, the "employees" kick me out. I may also bring up that my designs are all original and the person who reported me has nothing but copyrighted material. I have been still contacting and have not heard anything whatsoever which I find heartbreaking as I love this company.
So my question, what do I do? Do I keep contacting? Email the community manager? Or do I create an entire account?
Much thanks.
