Me (18F) and this dude (17M) have been dating for about half a month, he was never a great texter but he said he loves me nonetheless.

He spends most of his time gaming with his friends and hardly texts me unless I call him.

We’ve met up two times and he really is a nice loveable guy in person but over text he does not seem interested at all; i’ve expressed my concerns with how bad he is at texting and how it makes me upset and he just gets angry at me instead of listening to my needs.

He continuously states that he loves me and he wants to be with him but he never puts in time for me. Today I asked him ‘do you like talking to me’ he said ‘you are ok to talk to’ which stunned me a little, it doesn’t seem at all like he tolerates or loves me but he continues to say he wants to be with me.

Should I break up with him?
