little bug like creatures that burrow in the bones and feed off of them at first its not noticeable but after about a month you're bones become sore and achy as they eat away at you're bones they begin laying eggs usually in the muscles when the eggs hatch the babies crawl deep inside the muscle issue causing issues with moving while you're bones are slowly being eaten by the time it becomes noticeable and you figure it out its too late once they lay eggs its impossible to get them out they will keep using you're muscle and bones as you slowly become permanently paralyzed but they keep you alive as they need you to live as their kids grow eventually when they get big enough or enough of you is gone they burst out of you're flesh finally bringing you the sweet relief of death after 2-3 years of this
