My friend of two years

Recently I overheard one of my closest friends of two years saying that if he got the chance he would rape me, I don’t want to ever talk or see him again but every time I try to cut him off he threatens self harm and I’d rather that not be on my conscience so I have no idea what I need to do. Honestly at this point I’m scared of being in a room alone with him but he comes over randomly whenever he likes so I feel that eventually his wants are gonna become a reality, what the hell do I do.
