now before yall downvote me saying that im homophobic and transphobic -- im not. in fact, im trans myself.
but anyway, the idea that we are separated from the straights and cis is somewhat homo/transphobic because we are all human and all the same.
imo in an ideal society, instead of always assuming someone is straight unless they say that theyre not, people should be able to partner with whoever they want without automatically being categorized.
same thing can apply to gender. there wouldnt be categories of boy, girl, and enby, but rather people could just dress, act, and talk like however they want, regardless of what genitals theyre born with, or what they identify as.
like, who tf cares that youre born a girl but identify as a boy. you can just act how you want and date whoever you want, and as long as youre a good person why should anybody give a fuck?
thank you for coming to my tedtalk
