Why can't you reach a support agent on kik???

Why is there no way to get ahold of support agent or someone similar for kik like there's no email address or phone number on the website or the playstore. And if your wondering why I'm trying to get in touch with them its because of legal issues I'm having with another user on the app, but like wtf isn't required for companies on the play store to have actual means of contacting a tech support, a support agent or something like that???
