I'm not obese but there is a decent dropoff from my waist line and my hip line, I lead a fairly healthy lifestyle generally I eat granola with yogurt in the morning, a sandwich for lunch and whatever my mom makes for dinner generally pasta, steak, or chicken, I've recently taken to use the excercise bike and burn 420 calories almost every day, but some days I dont have the time to go all the way, I'm concerned about my body, and the way it looks edit: forgot to mention i'm a type 1 diabetic so keto is a no go
