As someone with ADHD and ADD, it pisses me off at how much people generalize and assume that they have ADHD

For real, there are so many people that think just because they get distracted in class means they have adhd. And people don’t really get how bad it is. I have severe ADHD and ADD so it is detrimental to my grades and obviously my attention span which isn’t very cash money, but people just generalize it as not being able to pay attention. Kids do the same thing with OCD. “Oh I like stuff being neat? I guEsS i hAvE oCD”
