My good friend is gonna date someone who ruined my life...

I was extremely bullied in elementary and middle school. It was a lot from this one chick named kasia, I luckily got away from her in high school but now my friend Em wants to ask her out. I feel super betrayed and hurt even though I shouldn't. This girl is a big part of my social anxiety, depression and attachment issues and the thought of her coming back kills me inside.
