Alright alright, I need help with gift ideas people!

My girlfriendās birthday is coming up, and then quickly after we have our 1 year anniversary, so I need two gifts. She had a great gift for valentines day (I got her a stuffed dog and a box of chocolates that was part of an inside joke, she got me a box of āopen whenā letters that were absolutely amazing) I want to get her something really thoughtful and Iām running out of ideas....any help?
