here are some tips that you (especially if your a girl) should know :)

• in public bathrooms dont only check for cameras, but also in porta-pottys check for cut holes that people sneak photos through
• wear sunscreen a lot, especially on your face or on scars to make it heal and less visible
• vaseline and dry shampoo are useful too
• check that drink! leave a coaster on the top in a specific direction or get a cover, if you have to leave the drink have it held back in the bar area
• if anything seems off in your drink (sinking ice, bubbles, etc) dump it out and see if they will give you a new one, never drink it!
• if anyone that you dont know well gives you food or a drink, wait for them to have some first, or switch them so you have theirs
• similarly let people you dont trust get you drunk especially if they're staying sober
• ask for an angel shot if you feel unsafe at any restaurant or bar
• if you feel followed and cant get a friend, call an uber and get taken to a hotel, never your home!
• if your going to a party or out late etc turn on your snap location and tell a friend
• if your period pains etc are bad/off and continuous dont let doctors family friends ANYONE tell you its normal, so many people have to wait years to get the help they need and deserve
• kitty health: dont use anything more than soap and if you put anything in make sure it is clean and safe!
• there are so many scammers and not just online, dont get a "free" photo with someone in a city, let someone rap for you, get distracted helping someone etc without expecting having to or expected to pay, or being stolen from
• wear heels with support from the back, not middle, of the heel, its way more stable and comfortable
• hide your stuff when you go out of your car, even in small towns put your phone in the drawer or bring it with
• dont fvcking date chad, trust me he only wants you for your body, not your feelings
• keep your standards high and know your boundaries
• if you get bumped off your flight, they are supposed to pay you
