Over the years I've developed porn as an addiction out of lonliness. It's hampering my studies concentration and everything.Suffering from insecurity,social awkwardness, anxiety and the list goes on.Tried porn blocking apps but just couldn't resist turning it off.I really want some decent advice for leaving porn.Been trying for years but can't stop watching.I just feel so fed up and trapped.I REALLY NEED HELP.
