KO2 + OG 1 setup

Recently got the ko2 and wondering what a good setup would be. I don't believe the OG 1 is midi host like the field. I do have a USB c to USB b cable tho. Thinking of making drum patterns on the ko2 and sending them to the tracks of the OG 1 just not to sure how I would do this.
