Best way to build rolling flats

Post Body

My director wants rolling flats for a production-I want them to feel sleek and modern and not clunky like the normal rolling flats I would build. They need to be sturdy obviously but I would love to have the least obtrusive bracing possible. I'm thinking I would prefer to use broadway style flats over hollywood to help give it a narrower profile. Does anyone have recommendations? Welding is not an option.
