Desktop window manager using half my gpu!

so whenever i play a game and have obs open... dekstop window manager decides to use half my gpu (around 30-50% of it)... ive tried everything to fix it.. I removed all animations, update drivers (it got worst since the last nvidia update), Run sys maintence, reinstall drivers, rollback drivers, even tried to make it use my integrated gpu (it ignored it and used my nvidia one still)
im losing my mind from this bs someone help plz...
