I know it’s a broad problem but I really don’t know what else to do at this point. Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel i7-8700K Motherboard: Asrock Phantom Gaming Z390 RAM: 16 GB Storage: 1TB HDD 1TB External SDD GPU: NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB OS: Windows 11

The problem is that even with small, easy games (FS22, Valorant, GTA, even Roblox some times) My PC will lag, and most of the time my FPS will max out at 30.

Non-Working Solutions that I’ve tried: Updating OS Updating Drivers Setting games to high performance mode Lowering the graphics settings in-game Turning off all unnecessary startup/background tasks Turning on gaming mode Turning on hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling Matching TV/in-game refresh rate Overclocking my CPU
