USB Unplugging and Plugging itself in constantly, but the port doesn't actually exist? Causes few second freezes while playing Elden Ring unexpectedly, as it lines up perfectly when it happens.

So the title and to add, here is a USB log for this unknown port: https://imgur.com/a/7tD03Mp

I tried unplugging and re-plugging in all my USB devices, looking at the log tool, none of them were identified as the mysterious "Port_#0012.Hub_#0002".

I uninstalled all the USB drivers in my device manager, restarted windows to reinstall and still see the same problem.

I also turned the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" setting in device manager, and that made no difference as well.

Here are my PC Specs

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz

Installed RAM: 16.0 GB

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

MOBO: Z390 AORUS ULTRA-CF

Please let me know if you need any additional information, I'd really appreciate any help I can get, I have no idea why this is happening and I just want to play Elden ring without the freezes. lol. Thanks so much!
