Hey friends, my brother has this laptop. Runs extremely well but now his screen wont turn on, all the keys light up, but the screen stays black. he is younger and is equally young friend told him hold power button for 15 seconds and he did. it worked ! still stumped on this as i tried for an hour and couldnt get it lol. still not working after that first time. Could a new battery fix this issue possibly ? Thx in advance.
