Post Body

Hi all.

I have this weird issue where I can't get Legacy output (DVI, HDMI) on a EVGA 1080ti SC.

I have a Dell S3220DGF via DisplayPort and that works fine.
I recently got a HTC Vive and I'm trying to use it on the card but I'm not getting output on the HDMI or DVI via a DVI - HDMI cable.

Via DVI if I have CSM enabled then I see the boot screen and can enter the BIOS, but it's a black screen when Windows loads and nothing after that. If the DP is also plugged in then nothing happens out the legacy ports. With CSM disabled nothing happens at all.
The HDMI port doesn't display anything ever, not sure if port is busted.

The DisplayPort works fine with CSM on or off.

In Windows only the Dell ever gets detected. Not any other screen gets detected and I've tried various options.

Full specs:

2700x

Asus Tuf x570

16gb Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz

EVGA 1080ti SC

1000w gold rated PSU, Raidmax I think.

Some NVMEs and spin drives.

Has anyone come across any issue like this?

I'm leaning towards a firmware issue because with CSM enabled I can get into the BIOS via the DVI port. Just doesn't "detect" the port going into Windows.
