Computer partially shutting off?

Post Body

So recently (The past week), my computer has been acting weird. Ill be playing games with my friends, and my computer has mini strokes, where everything freezes, then goes back to normal after a second or 2.

But sometimes it just shits the bed. The first time it happened, I was going to show someone something in a game we were playing, so I clicked into discord to start a screenshare, and my computer froze, and after about 10 seconds, the screens went completely black, receiving no input from my PC. The computer didnt fully crash, because I could still hear my friend talking. Ive waited up to about 5 minutes and it does not change, so I have to force shutdown my PC by holding the power button.

Specs:
GTX 1080TI
Ryzen 7 2700X @ 3.70
32GB DDR4 RAM
Crosshair Hero VII motherboard
