I ran out of space on my 1TB SSD, I added a new 2TB SSD. I tried to move everything to the new SSD and it just copied it. So I was taking up 2TB of my total 3TB with 1TB of the same files twice. I then tried to delete my original 1TB of files. And now my PC is a paperweight.
I tried to boot from the new SSD and it wouldn't work. I then tried copping everything back to the original SSD and got some stuff back but am getting a lot off error messages and things not working right. I know that I probably sound like a moron. Is there anything that I can do to try to fix this. I just want things back the way that they were. Please help me.
EDIT: as I'm going through everything. It seems like everything is there. A couple of programs have had to be reinstalled but the data remains. But a couple OS functions aren't working. Like I cant open file explorer, and that is where all of the errors are coming from.
