[Windows 10] - how do I magnify *just* specific windows? Asking for old games with small resolutions.

Post Body

Hi. I've for years wanted to be able to just scale with the windows magnifier only specific windows for small games so that I can see what I'm doing in them and also watch a video or alt tab to do other shit, but I cannot for the life of me find a solution for this.

When I do an online search all I get are pages of boomer advice for people who don't know you can press the windows key and the plus sign to open up the standard windows magnifier but this does not solve my problem.

This is the biggest issue when playing old games (e.g. Diablo 1) with a 4:3 ratio where fullscreen often looks distorted if it even works at all, but leaving it windowed feels like I'm playing a game for ants. I know that these games can look pretty good when scaled up with the default magnifier because I've jankily got it working at times.

Please, please someone tell me there's a setting, or a program, or... something that lets me just lock the magnifier onto a window and have it scale that up (while keeping the same aspect ratio) and nothing else.

Thank you!
