Computer fails to boot with new Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x16 RAM on 3200, defaults to 2133. Max it will go to is 3000.

Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-A RAM: Above CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X

So, I have enabled the DOCP which didn't work. And I tried increasing the voltage to 1.45v which did not work either. Can no longer find any solutions.

When I try to boot with frequency at 3200 mHz it won't go through and kicks me back to setup. Curious if anyone has a solution. Worst case I just run it at 3000.
