I recently went to reset my pc and now I can't log in

I reset my pc using windows 10 resetting tool but now when I try logging in I get the error message "the user profile service service failed the sign-in" and while I can find solutions for it all of them need another account to log into my problem is my pc only has 1 account so if there anyway to fix this there'd be much appreciation

Specs if need ASrock B450m pro motherboard Ryzen 3 cpu 32 gb (8gbx4) corsair ddr4 memory Radeon Rx570 graphics card And a 2tb Seagate hardrive Msi wifi 6 pcie wireless card A evea 450w power supply
