Good day, just wanted to ask if anyone may know what the problem is. I have my PC connected to a rather beginner audiophile setup. I have, audio connection A, connected to a dac/amp and to active monitors, and connection B, through the gpu HDMI to a sony led TV. The TV has an optical connection to another set of active monitors, that uses the TV audio. What happens is if I turn off the voltage regulator for connection A for the power of the speakers and switch off the power for the dac/amp to switch to the audio output of the TV, the TV video signal from the HDMI fluctuates, turning off and on at random intervals. I don’t know if this is a computer problem or an electrical problem with the number of extensions I have running my setup.. or maybe I need a better HDMI cable.. but just wanted to throw this out there anyway in case somebody may know. Thanks in advance and stay safe..
Update: tried shutting down and windows shut down but my pc won’t turn off, fans are running and all the leds are still on, had to hold the power button to turn off.
