Slow wifi thought modem but fast through phone

Hi after recently updating windows to ver.19042.1586 i have weird issue. When i using normal connection wifi to modem i have max.1mb but when Im connect to same wifi network using phone i have normal. I must make wifi router using phone to have maximum speed. Did anyone have a similar problem? Are you know how to fix it?
