Anyone know if you can write something like =IF a1>10, print "0", ELSE print "a1-10" in Google Docs/Excel?

I suppose the title says it all. I'm making a milage spreadsheet and you don't get paid anything if your milage is below 10. If it's over 10, you get paid milage but only for every mile over 10. I'm aware you can do a negative value test but I would like it worked out as in my title.
